Digital multimedia projector, is a specialized device that project an enlarged image from computer, media player (DVD/VCD/blue ray player), on a flat visual reflection surface. Such device is commonly use in presentation, movie and other visual output purpose.

Projectors are divided into 4 categories:

1. Portable – light weight (<2kg), small footprint
2. Compact – typical projector (>2kg), medium size
3. Installation – big & bulky, higher brightness
